F-n-S: Where Poetry Hits As Hard As A Punch

I’m Fernando Serrano — also known as F-n-S — an American rapper, poet, and mixed martial artist.

F-n-S stands for me, but it also stands for “Fighting ’n Sports,” the world I live in.

My life runs on two things: creativity and combat. The pen and the punch. The stage and the cage. MMA tests your body, but it also tests your mind — and in that pressure, I discovered something real:

words can motivate just as hard as a fight can break you.

That’s where the idea for this brand came from. I started putting my poetry, quotes, and raw thoughts on clothing, gear, and accessories — pieces made to inspire fighters, creators, and anyone grinding for their goals.

From the notebook to the mic, from the mic to the fabric, every piece carries meaning.

Because the F-n-S Store isn’t just clothing.

It’s motivation.

It’s energy.

It’s reminders to keep going, keep pushing, keep fighting — in sports, in art, and in life.
